Sapphire HD 7850

Hi

Can anybody please help is it possible increase the Stream Processors on the HD 7580 to the same level as on the HD 7870. It seems as if there is a difference of 200 or so Stream Processors can the extra ones be unlocked in BIOS.

I am new to overclocking and modding Graphics Cards so please excuse me if this is a silly request.
