Cooling a modest IB OC.

Hey guys, I'm looking for a cooler to cool an IB at 4.2-4.4.
It has to be a Noctua, Scythe, Coolermaster or Zalman cooler because I can't really get anything else around here (no Thermalright, Phanteks, etc).
Currently contemplating choosing between the CM 212 Evo and a Noctua NH-U12P SE2.
Coolers like the NH-D14 and NZXT Havik 140 are too large and heavy and I'd rather not deal with them.
Which one of those would you guys recommend and how good are they compared to say, a Scythe Mugen 3?

I have used the V8 on the six core i7 1366 and it worked really well with a 4GHZ clock and 100% cpu and thread use.

i use to use it on a 8 core amd fx-8120 @ 5ghz and it never went over 60c but i ended up blowing the thing but i5 3570 @ 4Ghz is about 20% with only 4 cores with the test i've done

I appreciate the replies guys but this thread is about the Hyper 212 Evo not then V8 :p
So far from what I've read about it I quite like the 212 Evo as its much lighter than most tower coolers and performs well enough. My question however is would it interfere in any way with the very first PCI-e X1 slot on an ASUS P8Z77-Pro?
I need that first slow to house my sound card without choking out either of the 670's (Windforce open air coolers) and certainly don't want to put it between the cards or on the very bottom.

It will fit fine. On some boards it comes really close to the first DDR3 slot

I highly suggest the CM 212 EVO. I just got 1 for my 2500k and did some tests and compared numbers. On average idle & load, the temp reduction was 30% which was huge for me. It now allows me to OC to a decent 4.0GHz without any hiccups.

I'm using a CM Hyper 212+ on a 3770K @ 4.5ghz 1.23v and my temps are great. I've got 2 Scythe GT AP-29s in push/pull and the fan just touches the heatsink of the ram on the first slot but it doesn't bend it in any way. You'll be happy with the EVO. :)
