Nvidia NVS series - bios extraction not supported - will be?

Hello,
as I understood from 0.6.3 changelog, GPU-Z supports manipulation with mobile NVIDIA NVS 5400 card, however i can't extract (i need to backup only) bios, every time ending with:
Bios reading not supported on this Device.

I've read some other topics where users have problems with NVS BIOSes using nflash, there it says, for mee too:
Supported EEPROM not found.

Here's my question:
Is there (within GPU-Z) some or will be in future development with regard to extracting NVS cards BIOSes? Or can I like NVS owner make some contribute in this matter? It's even possible? In summary I want to ask what's status about this (btw. there's no BIOS available in techpowerup DB). Thanks.

is this an integrated graphics chipset or a discrete chip? (if the bios is stored combined with the motherboard bios, gpuz cant extract it).

have you tried nvflash (in our downloads section)

Yep, i tried nflash, even the latest one. Error, EEPROM not supported. It's discrete chip. Thats the reason i hope for GPU-Z solution. Btw. I don't think the GPU's bios is integrated into main BIOS, i was able extract the content of eeprom from linux /proc filesystem, but i dont think that's usable (and complete).
