Dead PSU?
 

hi
i just gonne today to a shop to pick up my new PSU, after i got home i take out the old one, and put the new one, 'cause i didn't even think it could be dead i hide the wires the most i can (15min. doing it), i turn on the power cable and i feel a electrical charge on my arm and torso, thinking i could be just some static-electricity i turn it on and the green light on the board doesn't turned on, there was no way to make the computer starts, then i picked up my old one and it worked fine, the new one didn't work on a friend pc either, my guess it is dead, any toughts?
