Hello. Is there a way to install language packs on Windows 7 Home Premium?

Windows update? "Un-hide hidden updates"?

Edit: It looks like you have to have Ultimate or Enterprise to add the language packs. That's a shame since Mac OS X includes every language no matter what version you buy.
