Axigon Announces Factory-Overclocked GeForce GTX 650 Ti Graphics Card

Chinese graphics card maker Axigon announced a new GeForce GTX 650 Ti non-reference design graphics card. Based on non-reference design PCB and cooler, the card makes use of a 4-phase VRM that's pushed towards the front of the card, which implements DirectFETs (a high-performance MOSFET from IR). Cooling the factory-overclocked GPU is a monolithic aluminum fan-heatsink. The card ships with 1006 MHz GPU core and 1350 MHz (5.40 GHz GDDR5-effective) memory. It packs 1 GB of memory across a 128-bit wide memory interface. Designed exclusively for the Greater China region, the card is priced at 1099 RMB (US $175).

Is there somewhere that sells imports of chinese cards, or does TPU have a significant number of chinese users?

Don't think you can download a graphics card over the internet. Planning on building a GTX 650 via 3D printer?
