Question about overclocking radeon 9600 256 MB with ati silencer 2

I got another Radeon 9600 after the last one broke down.
Now I have put the ati silencer 2 on it but I still can't overclock it more than I was able to without the silencer 2.
How can I overclock it more? Will editing the memory timings help? :confused:
