yes, in general.... your mobo must support booting from usb devices... some do, others donīt :ohwell:

yeah, its easy!
first of all, i can almost garentee that your mobo supports it. most if not all mobos do support it.
so below is a guide...
first.... obtain the following files....
hp boot utility..
MS-DOS start disk files (if you want to make a flash stick bootible to MS-DOS)
secound, extract them (if needed)
third insert your flash drive, copy over any files that are needed.
install the hp usb stick utility that you downloaded..
restart your computer, run the hp usb stick boot utility, and select "make dirve bootable" then enter the path to the MS-DOS files in the box.
format the stick.
reboot, and set your bios too boot of of your usb stick (im going to be somewhat vege o nthiso ne as directions for this will vary with your mobo/bios...
