Google to increase Gmail storage space to 3.5GB....by 2012.
 

Google is rumored to have put into effect a timeline for giving more storage space to Gmail accounts. Gmail account sizes have slowly been increasing over time, and this is the most recent timeline to that increase.

why does gmail do that anyway. im not complaining at all tho but whats in it for them.

i think there was a application that mke your gmail into an online storage, but im nit sure. is that true?

My supervisor, who was setup at our work for one of her emails, tells me Gmail sucks big time. Increased storage space wont fix some of the problems she is complaining about.
