New phase-change maker: Cooler Express

New phase-change unit by the Taiwan Company Cooler Express is now available for computer enthusiasts. The Company has officially launch its line of products so it's just a metter of time to see coolers in the online stores and markets.
Here's the "Three-headed Dragon", specially deisgned for 1 CPU and 2 GPUs in SLI.
