[WTB] Zalman CNPS9700/9500 Socket 775 mounting backplate
 

I somehow lost my Socket 775 mounting backplate for my Zalman CNPS9700 when I was replacing my P5N32-E.(Something tells me The Destroyer of Opterons had something to do with it.) Luckily I decided to upgrade the cooling to an Ultra-120 Extreme, so it wasn't necessary when I put the machine together. However, I have another machine I am putting together that I need the backplate for.

So if anyone has one laying around that they aren't using, that they want to part with, I would be very grateful.

Would this one work with the 9700/9500?

dude, just call zalman's RMA and tell them what you need, I had to do the same thing a few months ago and they were really cool about it, just say you lost it (I accidentally forgot to take mine off a mobo I sold lol, as many people do)

you may need to go ahead and fill out an online RMA before calling though, but calling definitely helps because they put you on top priority

She is, I call her that because she decided to chew on my Opteron 148 one day while I had my computer taken apart replacing the motherboard. She just reached up onto the counter it was on and snagged it. That was the most expensive piece she has ever eaten, luckly she has grown out of that stage.
