PCI for FIFA 08

My friend just got FIFA 08 and is having problems playing it. He has onboard graphics chip, and he needs a separate graphics card. Its got to be PCI as there are no AGP or PCI-E slots in his computer.

What's the cheapest PCI card to get that will run FIFA 08?

It needs 64 MB

Geforce MX series not supported

could be wrong but im sure theres a nvidia 8500 or 8400 in basic pci,if 1 of those cant play the game then he has no hope.
