Photoshop CS4 and GamerOSD = fail

Just to mention to help anyone with the same problem:

If your photoshop is crashing and you have gamerosd installed, then its your problem. I got the cs4 trial today and 64 bit would crash, 32 bit would give me a graphics card error. Turns out its ASUS gamerosd causing the problem.

Personally, I have left gamerosd installed, and whenever I use photoshop I just exit it.
