Join the TPU F@H Team as we enter the Top 100 Teams in the World

Come join the TPU F@H Team as we enter the upper echelon of Folding Teams. We are poised to enter the Top 100 Teams in the next few weeks. You can fold as little or as much as you want. You can still game and surf while running the clients. Works for both Nvidia or ATI as well as CPU. Help TPU aim for the Top 20 in 2009. Just post in the F@H thread and we will help you get started.

good job. i recently added an SMP cleit and saw my ppd raise 1000+ im only at 3000-4000 but it all adds up!!!!!

wolf Jan 31, 2009 01:22 AM

i will if its simple enough to get both GPU's folding on my GTX295, last time i was folding, multi gpu was a tad complicated.

phanbuey Jan 31, 2009 01:29 AM

you need a second monitor cable and you need to disble SLI and enable a second display. Not too hard, I can walk you through it. That gtx 295 is such a beastly card... im a bit jealous. :toast:

You will be in the top 40 TPU within a week.

im already at 25 bro :) all that from folding months ago :toast:

yeah the GTX295 is beastly  (wanting backplate) ... ill go for it if its easy enough to go back to SLi and game on a whim.

Erm.... No nvidia video card = fail.F@H

I'm considering building a demo machine for work though to sell a few more gaming systems, maybe I'll sli a few GTX 260's on an I7 rig and run it 24/7.

KainXS Jan 31, 2009 02:25 AM

Folding@home rules and policies

Run Folding@home only on authorized computers

Run Folding@home only on computers that you own, or for which you have obtained the owner's permission. Some companies and schools have policies that prohibit using their computers for projects such as Folding@home.

Ineed.... All my systems at home are running ATI cards currently....

But I do handle Nvidia mainly at the shop. I got a guy to run F@H on his SLI GTX280 XXX's and Q9650 when he isn't busy :)

Funny it was built around him using CS4... He doesn't game one bit...

try a program called input director, its about 2mb and free.

lets you control multiple pc's over lan with one keyboard and mouse, works just like a single computer w/multi monitor setup.
