What spray paint to use?
 

hi all,
i have just purchased my antec 900 and am going to be spraying the internal frame black.
i have never sprayed a case before so i am in need of some guidnce.

i have a couple of questions
1. what paint should i use links would be much appreciated (uk)
2. any guides of tips from the more experianced users would also be helpfull. i have looked for guides but most of them have proper equipment.
