Is it possible to enable fan control using another BIOS?
 

Hello,

I'm a owner of an ASUS EAH4670. Sadly, comes with a BIOS that has the 'Fan settings' grayed out in RBE. But, there are others 4670s with fan control enabled (for example: PWC and the GDDR4 Sapphire).

Is it posibble to enable the fan tab modding my ASUS BIOS in someway using those BIOSes form other brands?

Sorry to ask this dumb question, but I don't know how the fan controller works, if it's the same for all cards of a given GPU or it changes from vendor to vendor.
