Looking for some software....
 

I'm after some application that will allow me to have about 5 shortcuts on the screen enlarged so i can access them from a about 5 metres with my remote wonder. Kinda like a make shift media thing. I want to access my TV tuner, media player and a couple of other programs. I cant see the desktop well enough from the distance to make do.

Hope this makes sense, i have not got a clue what to search for!

Well you could use any random tool that allows custom shortcuts for your remote. You could use the Windows magnifier to enlarge it. Of course this isn't an ideal solution.

windows has a mean of altering the size of desktop icons.. cant remember where exactly thow offhand..
