three fins? thats either going to move a small amount of air, or be noisy. Less fins = less pressure.

Oooooh.... its 6 transparent fins. that black thing is actually just a fancy cover, for looks alone. that part doesnt spin.

Actually there are far more than 6 fins on the fans for both of these setups. If you look at the images, you can clearly see something like 10 to 14 fins on the fans.

The three blade thing is just for looks....which means it is kinda in the way since the fan is below it.

i remember back in the day when cpu's and graphics cards didnt even have heatsinks now even the ram has a fan lol

Glad they stepped up from those annoying tiny fans. I cannot stand the sound they make.

According to the benchmarks a really low latency 1600 set (think mushkin 6-6-5-18) performers better 2/3 times, including gaming. Actually looking here the only thing the fast ram did better in was superpi, which doesn't count for anything. Then factor in the that it would cost half the money... It would take a grade A fool to buy this ram. Blindly assuming faster clockrate/more expensive = best performance. I can't stand people that live their life so half-assed.
