Oh and I was using bios 1.8 for my board, upgraded to 2.0 after checking the cards before clocking them and my cpu temps sky rocketed after the flash but have tapered down to what the used to be...

Now I have both cards doing the FPS drop on AtiTrayTool, but the top card still gets 11k and the bottom "main" card still only get 6k, they're BOTH doing the weird FPS droping on the benchmark but...
