As you can see from this slightly more in-depth article, 2.65v must have been a mistake as you can hit 6.2GHz on just 1.2v.

It needs USB3
while the spec says upto 1080p and 30fps this doesn't mean 1080p at 30fps!
To encode 1080p well in real time you need some serious computing power, this will not have that so it will be encoding...
