I found another review that says 32 ROPs. Next thing you know this card could unlock to HD6870 :roll:

EDIT: Also a $125 MSRP is mentioned.

Monitor would be first. There is no point in upgrading the graphic card if you are gaming on a 17" monitor!
After you change the monitor you can go for a better VGA or maybe a quad CPU.

These are still as fast as last generation high end cards (HD48xx series). If someone is going to upgrade from a HD48xx (high end) it is logical to upgrade to HD58xx and not HD57xx.
