Ok i turned off the IN line option for the mic...

Ok i turned off the IN line option for the mic jacks and that seemed to have worked.. It doesn't spaz out on me all the time now.. Now the only issue i have is some random sound file keeps playing...

I ran 3Dmark after a fresh startup and i broke 1500.. Not really saying alot but I am able to run games like Crysis on max (no anti-alias ect) and get consistant 30FPS. I haven't uploaded pic yet....
