Hyper 212+ with an additional 120mm fan. Heck, just get two high rpm 120mm fans with the 212+, its a great combo. Keeps my 3570k at 4.8GHz (1.36v) well below tjmax during prime/ibt/etc..

Memory speed won't really be that noticeable, but it will increase the overall speed of the system, just not at the same level that an SSD would. Another plus for choosing nvidia over amd is active...
