the bios name can not be longer than 8 characters. That was your problem. If you are working with DOS, no file name can be longer than 8 chars. In some newer versions of DOS, this should be fixed...

Your CPU is working at 1.65V, raising to 1.85V should be OK if you have good cooler. Try lower values first and then raise step by step(1.70V, 1.75V,...) as much as you need.
