even OCed thats only ~550 watts on average and...
even OCed thats only ~550 watts on average and 650 load. your fine as long as you can split the rails out right. you may have to switch things around and try to get the power evenly distributed...

Yeah, just did some research. From ATI themselves. 750W and that is usually for a crappy PSU. You will be fine so long as you don't have 4 hard drives and 5 fans running.

nah.... a good single railed 750watt should be more than adequate. i bet your machine will run ok on the 700 but you may consider the psu your next upgrade. like i always say... PC POWER AND COOLING!...
