The snapshot above shows what are the timings...I don't know why cpu-z is showing wrong info....the multiplier is actually 8x and the resulting cpu freq...

The chipset is i945P, but I'm prettty sure that a Gigabyte motherboard with the same chipset can do 3.0 GHz with this proc (e2140). So I don't know...is it the board, or I just can't set it right...

Inside the case is pretty tidy :) One SATA cable, no FDD cable and the cables from the PSU are properly placed, so they don't block the path of the air...the bad thing is that the case itself is not...
