ASUS hands down over the EVGA. My GTX570 Direct CUII @ 950 core does not go over 60C with the fans @ 65%. Best card/cooler combo I have ever owned.

Get the Evga graphics card first and maybe a Asus or a different 670 later. You might want to consider getting the Evga GTX 670 FTW Signature 2 model of the graphics card if it is within your budget...
