if you want to try make it to cas 4, you'll need to rise the memoy voltage (Vdimm). Try starting with 2.1 and check if it's stable.

On the other hand you can also try yo reach a higher freccuency...

Yup, the temps are quiet hot in threre. I recomend you to do some cleaning inside the Tower before buying a new heatsink and see what happens ;)
