Get a big radiator like MoRa, a lot of tubing/wiring and mount it outside like an AC unit...
You just have to take it back inside in winter (too cold)

They require more bandwight from PCIe and you can see real difference between PCIe 3.0 and 2.0 in big resolution like 5760x1080
