Update I went out and purchased a new 500W...

I went out and purchased a new 500W highpower PSU and fitted, made absolutely no differnece whatsoever to Sims which still crashes, however it is much quieter

I have AVG loaded and frequently run Malwarebytes, neither are reporting any problems
