I'm just guessing but I think this will perform...

I'm just guessing but I think this will perform somewhere between the 660ti and 670. Hopefully it's on the lower end spectrum of $249-299.

No word on TDP?

Yeah, they really should do so. The GTX660 is already a hard choice for the $200-250 price range purchase with the HD7850, HD7870 and HD7870 XT surrounding it. :o

Really? I don't know much about the Twin Frozr IV but the Twin Frozr III on my GTX660 is really quiet. The fans speed stays low most of the time considering the GPU doesn't get very hot under gaming...

No. It's just clocked lower than the original MSI GTX680 Lightning. A stock clocked 680 is still faster than a stock clock 670 while this new 680 Lightning L is clocked a little bit higher than stock...
