i wouldn't go above stock volts. But if you must...

i wouldn't go above stock volts. But if you must up the volts make sure the fan is on 100% and i wouldn't up the volts past 1.37-1.40v that is IF temps are low and the stock is 1.35v.

ATI tool will work. I have used it on Nvidia cards before.POS uses it on his 7900GS all the time. Not sure if it works with 8 series yet.
