Actually, all of HD5970 are the same ATI reference card. Each brand company just stick its sticker and load their bios on it.

So, just get the cheapest one with warranty.

All the same card:)

GD70 is a hit and miss when its vcore pushed to >1.7V with xtreme cooling. If its pwm popped then most of the time it will kill the cpu too.
