i SCRIBBLED it, both of the mods and nothing works it has no affect, how could i convince ncix its broken even thought it works fine but wont pencil mod?

i tried the 1st pencil mod with a HB, 3B and 6B pencils and it wont work it only does 1.05 v at all times even when loaded which it is suppose to go to 1.2 v, do u think my cards vGPU regulator is...
