I see that you got asus via 400 chipset and pc2700 ram. This mobo has 1:1 (fsb:ram).
It means that if your's cpu fsb is 333Mhz then your ram is at 333Mhz.

there is no need to yse diferent bios, original one is just fine, you should only use softmod drivers to unlock gpu,and atitool to oc.
J have oc few asus 9200se and nither one of them couldn't pass...

asus 9200se has a shit of memory its almoust imposible to owerclock, just fey MHz!!!!
BUT you can push your core up to 300 MHz, best to keep it at 275 with stock cooling!
you should try a ram...

I belive that asus 9550ge is a best posible coise. It can be overclocked or bios fleshed to a 9600 pro speed's, an work's better then a 5700le (overclocked 9550).

As you can see I oc my card @300/230(stock...
As you can see I oc my card @300/230(stock cooling) and score in 3dm2k1 jumped from 4200 to 6300.
But i noticed that you get more power by clocking mem then gpu.
In the games:
