why do allmost all nvidia has more texture fillrate(GT/s) and mosly lower pixel fillrate(GP/s) the ati?

i would recomend not flashing youre card to a 6970 bios.. but just unlock youre 6950 shaders..
many people started to have the same problem that you just have now.. and ended up permantly damange...
