Unique differences between cards are:
Asus have 1024MB memory instead of 512MB
Asus don't cool...

I've tested back the stock cooler and still same problem, i think i have scratched something installing the accelero, soon i will 100% clean the pcb, and if the problem persist i sold this video card...

i've read that the 5770 it's very similiar to 4850.

And i've found a offer for the asus 4850 for about 90 euros.
