The GTX 470 water block is not being manufactured anymore from what I can tell. You might be able to find a used one on Ebay or on a tech forum.

I use the EK Coolstream XT 360. I use a fan controller to keep them quiet unless I really want to let them loose:) They can be pretty noisy at full blast.

The link took me to 120mm fans. Are you wanting to use 120mm instead of 140mm fans? I noticed the Alpha can use either 120 or 140mm fans.
I would go with the Corsair SP120 (High Performance) fans....
