13.3" laptop with longest battery life?

I'm looking for a 13.3" inch laptop with the longest battery life- preferably 7 hours+ (10 hr rated?). The reason for the screen size is I'm using this heavily for school and I don't want to lug...

It's the Windows "Starting Windows" screen that takes the longest for me, which is roughly ~10-11 seconds, to hit the login...
