better use orthos or OCCT... its a lot easier than prime95... run it, and live it running for atleast 22hours. if your system is unstable, it will automatically tell you that your system is unstable.

have you tried using the ati x800pro vivo 16p bios? i think it should be fine. just use the modified flashrom. because i tried to flash it to my card, and it was just fine.
