look on the EVGA driver disc and see if there is an EVGA monitoring software included. That is what I would use as it is for sure built to read the temperatures correctly.

Nope, you should hit 3.0 easy. My 9450 hits 3.2 with no voltage increase so I would imagine you could do the same.

My advise would be to get familiar with your bios and reading up on cpu...
