I agree with lemonadesoda just been on corsair's site they have tested the memory at 2.1 on said mb and passed it, so if you are getting errors at 2.1 has to be mb.

I had a similar problem recently turned out the wires for power on, reset and the such were connecting wrong give that a try mine would only come on fans spin up full speed then shut down.
