well your settings look ok for the memory, what about cpu voltage, you say its overclocked and again if the IMC isn't brilliant, memory may fail,...
qpi/dram voltage is related to the CPU IMC also, overclocking the cpu may well make the memory unstable unless you up the qpi/dram voltage also....
good start, mine is currently @ 1.55v for 12Gb (6x2Gb) @ 7-7-7-20-1T 1600MHz
nah, thats your RAM voltage, in bios look for qpi/dram or uclck or uncore voltage
try by increasing qpi/dram voltage, whats your current setting (v)?
