GPUz reports FL 12_0, it should be 12_1.
There is an error for Skylake graphics. GPUz says Directx 12 12_1 but Skylake supports FL 12_1.
Maxwell support DX12 @FL_12_1 in hardware.
There is no FL11_2 by the way. GPUz is wrong in some cases, for example Skylake is still not...
Because you don't need SM5.1 at the moment. And you can be sure that upcoming Dx12 games have a DX11 fallback included. Not to mention that Dx12...
