Well, sleep mode is working fine on my system and i'm running the latest HyperSLI and the latest driver.
It could be many things, my best advice...
I think there was a bug in the 301.42 driver that affected sleep mode, did you try the 304.79 beta driver?

That's strange, did you try SliPatch? Does it give the same problem?
It could be your anti-virus blocking the patch, uninstall your anti-virus software in normal mode and try booting HyperSLI again.
Your 3dMark 11 score seems average for your system, check also your gpu usage with msi afterburner or something similar, both of your gpus should...
What scores do you get in 3dmark Vantage and 11?
