Do these cards have the power limiter too? It would make the pci-e power connector rather pointless if it did.
Even though this card draws more power at its maximum, is it because it has higher sustained core speeds than the reference version?

Got that from a thread in xs. I'm pretty sure if watercooled, then power consumption will be much much lower.
I hope this means high overclockability... Core clocks seem low, and memory clocks are low probably because of bus instability due to so many traces.

A 10% ipc boost is better than the pathetic sandy bridge -> ivy bridge ipc boost on lga1155. This should be equivalent to Haswell in ipc I think.
I dunno, but if I were you I would wait until the next generation of graphic cards. By getting a 7970 or a 680, you get a 30% boost at most.
