You don'y need a splitter. Just go from the Rad to the CPU then to GPU then back to Rad.
CPU is more temp sensitive so needs the coolest water....
The only thing missing is the shader clock settings.
I'd sacrifice that for the ease of use and options on ATI Tool though

Problem is I've just got Vista 64 and this whole driver signing thing...
