The Philippines.. Before I used to get 94c while playing watch dogs and 92 in Cyris 3. Now I only get 84c max on Watch dogs and 79 on Crysis 3..
Update: Got my new r9 290 today from RMA. Temps are better(10c lower than before in games)..
