Your fan is 2055 RPM at idle and 4174 RPM at load.
You either already know this as you can hear a hoover in your case or your fan isn't behaving...
you should always back up you original bios before modding ... that goes without saying :)

stock clocks are 670/830 @1.2V
I can bench at 837/1125 but it's not stable in actual games...

On my Palit HD3850 I did a bios edit of the clock speeds and set it as 823/908.
