I got card like this so i don't know card history.
Card boots up and works in desktop until it is under clocked.
But when it goes to its specified...
I don't think it is a driver problem because card isn't even showing bios/boot info.
I got myself a bad GTX 560ti from a friend of a friend.... He said it just stopped working.
When i got the card it was already cleaned of dust...
back in the days maps used to be free...

5850 co'ed to 5870 clocks will last till 7xx0 for me.
im a bit disappointed, thought it will be a much better vs 5850.
now its probably better to buy 2nd hand 5850 and crossfire, then upgrade...
well I finally resolved the problem,
first i loaded fail safe bios settings,
and the overclocked CPU rasing only vcore
i got few restarts with...
Bios is last beta F8C and i updated it mounts ago, and problem occurred week ago..
Gonna try above mentioned resolutions when i get more time.....

OS is Win 7 x64, router Siemens Gigaset SX763 without any switches.
Did try changing cable and ports on router with no help....

It also went down to 154Mhz but I had some problems in Desktop and some games menus, so I raised 2D...
If you have another VGA or on board graphic,
you can flash right bios with ATIFlash.
You'll need to make bootable usb stick and just copy...

before logging into Window or right away when you turn it on...
